Thursday, June 20, 2002 ( 10:44 AM ) Dear World, I went to Whole Foods today and looked for Blue Cohosh. I read that it is an ammenogogue and can force your period to come. I could only find Black Cohosh and I hope that will work. I am kind of freaking out. I am taking LOTS of it.
